About Our ICU

Our 5-bed Intensive Care Unit cares for a diverse mix of critically ill medical and surgical patients, as well as step-down individuals who require close monitoring and specialized support. We maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Our ICU team is known for exceptional collaboration, a positive culture, and a strong commitment to supporting one another. You'll join a close-knit, family-like environment that values communication, mentorship, and mutual respect.

Qualifications

  • Current Illinois RN License

  • BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred

  • 1+ year of ICU or acute care nursing experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team

  • Physical stamina and emotional resilience to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment

Incentives:

Eligible for evening/night shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Compensation

  • Hourly Range: $31.25-$46.88

  • Shift, evening/night, and weekend incentives available

  • Performance-based bonus eligibility
