Complete patient assessments and monitor progress

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams

Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff

Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals

Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality standards

Promote patient safety through adherence to established clinical protocols

Work areas include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional CareSchedule DetailsFull-time, three 12-hour shifts

Rotating day/night shifts every 6 weeks

Weekend and holiday rotation required QualificationsCurrent RN License (Montana or compact)BLS certification

Strong teamwork and communication skills
