What You’ll Do

• Coordinate medical services so each resident gets personalized care that fits their needs
• Communicate clearly with staff, families, and residents to build trust and a supportive environment
• Support staff training and development to improve care practices and resident satisfaction

What You’ll Need

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Senior living experience preferred, but not required
