Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Per-Diem Registered Nurses to fill available shifts at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Laurel, MD. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, managing a diverse patient population and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license from the state of MD and current BLS Certification.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN work experience.
Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, effective communication, cultural competency, collaboration, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and implement triage protocols
Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
Monitor and document patient conditions
Assist physicians with medical procedures
Maintain infection control standards
Provide patient and family education
Collaborate with multidisciplinary emergency response teams
