Summary:
Our RNs are responsible for providing direct patient care in Med Surg, ICU, ER and the Family Birthing Center. Our Registered Nurses are crossed trained in each department and experience a wide variety of specialties and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Evaluate patient changes and outcomes; consult with other health care providers and adjust nursing care processes as indicated.
- Personalize care plans to meet the needs of the patient.
- Maintain accurate and current nursing documentation.
- Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity.
- Prepares and administers medications. Reconciles medications upon admission, when level of care changes and upon discharge.
- Regularly assess pain, medicate as ordered, and document response.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Possession of a current Registered Nurse license within the State of Oregon
- CPR / BLS cert preferred
- NRP preferred
- ENCP / PALS preferred
- TNCC preferred
Desirable Requirements:
- At least one year (1) of nursing experience in a Rural Critical Access Hospital.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Job Type: Full – Time
Hours Per Week: 36
Schedule: 3 x 12
Pay: $40.19/hr - $63.81/hr DOE
Plus a $4.25/hr Night Shift Differential
