  • RN - Registered Nurse Case Manager

    • Must have at least more than 1 year of experience as a case manager experience

    • Must have Purchased Referred Care (PRC) experience

  • Contract: 1 year

    • Start: ASAP

    • These contracts extended very often

  • Schedules available:

    • Flexible scheduel

  • Pay Rate:

    • $58.75 - $60.75 per hour

    • We can discuss taxable / non taxable breakdown further

    • Statement of Work (SOW) is available

  • Must have BLS

  • Must have clean background
