Facility: University of Vermont Medical Center

Comments And Notes: CRU- MUST STAR TIN THE NEXT WEEK, LICENSE ON FILE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION- Travel Rate:Radius: : 51-100 miles Local: : 50 miles or less "Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance MS Tele RN for M5/McClure 5: Neurosurgical & surgical unit. A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Requirements: " Prior travel required " Must have large, teaching facility experience " A minimum of 2 years of unit experience is required " AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS; NIHSS is required prior to start " Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended " Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April
