Job Description
Facility: Woodridge Rehabilitation And Nursing
Comments And Notes: CRU MUST START WITHIN 2 WEEKS - MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO OFFER: - 7 yr background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start date
- FACIS 3 and VCIC within 30 days of start
- VT license Travel Rate:Radius: : 51-100 miles Local: : 50 miles or less " Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance RN for Woodbridge Rehab. & Nursing: Every other weekend. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements: " Floating required " BLS through AHA required " A minimum of 2 years experience required " Prior travel required "LTC experience required " Travelers must be willing to float to other units as needed " All units have dementia patients, so travelers must be comfortable working with this population Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " to block schedules for any reason "Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended " vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April " A few new travelers have attempted to change their scheduled hours. It is essential for travelers to read their contracts and understand the importance of working their assigned hours " travelers must communicate any preplanned time off upfront, as they will not honor requests for time off once the assignment begins
