Facility: University of Vermont Medical Center

Comments And Notes: Assignment for 13 Weeks to cover FMLA/LOA . Travel Rate:Radius: : 51-100 miles Local: : 50 miles or less " Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance PACU RN: mix of 8s and 12s D/E. Float, weekends, and call required. Holidays and weekends depend on schedule need and staff picks. Requirements: " BLS, ACLS, PALS required " A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, 2 years in PACU " Must have critical care PACU skills " Note high acuity critical care PACU experience in work hx " Must have experience with critical care, art lines, multiple titrating drips, cardiac monitoring, etc. " Large, teaching hospital experience required " Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 5/18 " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended " Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April
