Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Radiology Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601 Duration: 04/20/2026 – 08/01/2026 Shift: Evening Shift – 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week, Every fifth weekend required, Holiday as needed, On-call as needed, No floating required Pay Range: $60-$64/hr. Schedule Notes: Radiology experience preferred Required hard skills: IV insertion, port access, allergy reaction Scrub Color: Navy Blue Work Setting: Radiology / CAT Scan / MRI / Ultrasound / Nuclear Medicine / PET Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care facility IV insertion experience required Port access experience required Allergy reaction management required Preferred Skills & Experience: Radiology experience preferred BSN preferred Education: ASN required BSN preferred Required Certifications & Licensure: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) PALS (AHA) Job Summary: Delivers nursing care according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to ensure safe and individualized patient care Covers CAT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and PET departments Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care Duties: Evaluates patients and assists physicians with patient care Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient needs Identifies patient needs and determines care priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation Develops and coordinates individualized plans of care through ongoing assessments Initiates assessments based on patient needs, diagnoses, and functional health framework Performs therapeutic nursing interventions Manages patient care and documents according to standards of practice and clinical priorities Supports evidence-based practice standards and innovations in care delivery Provides patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models Collects comprehensive patient data and performs age/disease-specific assessments Recognizes changes in clinical and diagnostic patient status Identifies patient and family education needs based on age, disease, and cultural differences Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
