Morrissey is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a supportive care team in a small group home setting serving 57 adult residents. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized, relationship-centered care in a calm, community-based environment. The position is contract-to-hire, providing the potential for long-term placement with a respected organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of adult residents*
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders*
- Monitor residents health status and respond to changes in condition*
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members*
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation*
- Support residents with health education and wellness initiatives*
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and organizational policies
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut*
- Previous experience in residential, group home, or long-term care settings preferred*
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills*
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small care team*
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Consistent weekday schedule with no weekends required*
- Meaningful work in a low patient-ratio environment (57 residents)*
