- Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem schedules available for days, evenings and overnights on weekdays and weekends.

- Deliver kind, compassionate, and respectful care to all residents
- Assess, chart, and report changes in residents’ conditions, including responses to medications and treatments
- Perform basic nursing care and treatments, including taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with physicians, care teams, residents, and families regarding resident status and care needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN licensure
- CPR certification.
- Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
