Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: North DakotaJob Type: Full-Time | PermanentShift: 12-Hour Shifts

A well-established health care organization is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys a fast-paced environment, wants to make an immediate impact, and is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
Assess patients and prioritize care based on acuity
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary health care team
Document patient care accurately and efficiently
Assist with emergency procedures and stabilization of patients
Provide education and support to patients and families

Requirements

Active RN license
BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program
Previous Emergency Department/ER experience preferred
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
BLS required
ACLS and PALS preferred/required based on facility requirements
