Job Description

I'm hiring for a Registered Nurse (NICU) in North Dakota! There is potential for sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment.

The RN NICU provides specialized, developmentally supportive nursing care to high-risk and critically ill newborns requiring intensive monitoring and advanced clinical interventions. This role conducts detailed neonatal assessments, evaluates subtle changes in patient condition, and delivers evidence-based care to stabilize and support fragile infants.

• Location: Near Burlington, ND• Type: Full-time and permanent• Shift: Days/Nights• Requirements: College degree; ND RN license; prior experience• Pay: $32-$49/hr• Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
