Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care through the application of the nursing process-assessment, planning, implementation, delegation, and evaluation. The RN demonstrates proficient, compassionate, and professional communication with patients, families, visitors, colleagues, providers, and community partners. Responsibilities include performing nursing duties accurately and efficiently, assisting providers, and carrying out orders while maintaining thorough and timely documentation.
The RN practices in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, professional nursing standards, and LRHC policies and procedures. This role requires sound clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure safe, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care.
Shifts
Day Shifts, 80 hours biweekly
Compensation
Hourly Wage Range: $31.75 - $46.43. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
