We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgery team. This role offers flexible scheduling, a diverse and advanced case mix, and the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, well-supported OR environment.

Work Schedule Options

• 5 x 8-hour shifts

• 4 x 10-hour shifts

• 3 x 12-hour shifts

Sign-On & Relocation

• $15,000 sign-on bonus

We offer two pay structure options so you can choose what works best for you:

• Full Benefits Option: Competitive pay with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off

Cath Lab / Heart Center

• Emergency Department Hypothermia Protocol

• Electrophysiology (EP) ablations (PVI, VT, SVT)

• Carotid stenting

• Radial access procedures

• AngelMed device implants

• FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve) studies

• ICD implants

• PFO and ASD closures

Pain Management

• Epidural steroid injections

• Rhizotomy

• MILD (Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression) procedures

Gynecology / Urology

• Laparoscopic hysterectomy

• Endometrial thermal ablation

• Urinary incontinence surgery

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)

• OR / Perioperative nursing experience preferred

• Current American Heart Association BLS required; ACLS preferred

• Strong teamwork and patient-safety focus
