The Schedule: Balance Your Life

Enjoy a predictable, full-time schedule with no weekends and no holidays.

Hours: Monday- Friday, 72 hours per pay period (bi-weekly).
Rotation: 3,12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 am- 7:30 pm.
Stability: Specific shift times will be discussed during the interview to ensure a great fit.

Your Role & Impact

As an Outpatient RN, you are the critical link in a patient's surgical journey. You will provide skilled nursing care during the immediate pre-operative and post-operative phases, using your expertise to ensure safety and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Operative Excellence: Perform admissions, comprehensive assessments, and prepare patients mentally and physically for surgery.
Recovery & Transition: Receive patients from surgery, monitor post-anesthesia recovery, and manage pain and stabilization.
Critical Surveillance: Proactively identify and respond to potential medical or surgical complications.
Patient Advocacy: Lead discharge teaching to ensure patients and families are confident in their recovery at home.
