- Proven proficiency in utilizing the nursing process for patient care delivery*
- Strong assessment and teaching capabilities tailored to diverse patient populations*
- Effective delegation, communication, and resource management skills*
- Ability to interpret and utilize clinical data to promote positive outcomes*
- Excellent organizational, time management, and judgment skills*
- Demonstrated leadership ability and team collaboration*
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to professional and ethical standards*
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (preferred)*
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oncology
- Current RN license in the practicing state*
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association*
- Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 100 pounds intermittently*
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards*
- Must work in environments involving exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential communicable diseases*
- Compliance with all hospital safety protocols and infection control procedures
