Job Description

Position SummarynDuko Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across our partner long-term care and post-acute facilities. The RN will deliver clinical care, administer medications, supervise staff as assigned, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents/patients
Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans
Administer and document medications and treatments as ordered
Communicate with physicians, care teams, residents, and families
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed
Maintain regular and punctual attendance for assigned shifts

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
Active RN license in the state of employment
Current CPR certification
Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred
