Job Description

Optimal Home Care is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide services to our patients in the Loveland/Fort Collins area. This position has a $10,000 sign-on bonus!

About the Position:

The goal of the home health Registered Nurse (RN) is to return the patient to the highest practicable level of independence and well-being within the community with self-management of disease and other identified processes.

When the highest practicable level of well-being is not independence, the goal is to prepare the patient and family/caregivers for a continuum of care within the home and/or within other community-based health care systems.

Pay: $80,000-100,000
