Job Description
Job Title: RN – Medical Surgical
Rate: Up to $1525.00 weekly
Location: Augusta, GA
Day or Night Shift (12H)
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience• 1 year Med Surg experience required• Epic experience required• M/S Tele and Telemetry experience preferred
General Skills: Patient diagnoses include all potential Med Surg diagnoses; skills and knowledge required include isolation precautions, wound care/wound vac, nasal cannula, high flow nasal cannula, chest tubes, starting IVs, PICC line management, blood product administration, feeding tube care and management
Licenses/Certifications• Current licensure in the state of Georgia• AHA BLS certification required• Any other required certifications (e.g., ACLS)
Key Responsibilities• Ensure compliance with state guidelines and policies and identify potential issues and propose corrective actions• Maintain accurate records and statistics, including staffing levels, inventory, and patient care• Maintain a professional and high standard of patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as directed
