Registered Nurse - Case Management

Pride Health is hiring an RN Case Manager for a client in Kissimmee, FL! (Contract to hire)

Setting: Clinic 

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Contract: 3 month contract to hire

Pay Rate: $40-45/hour

Specific Duties:

• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
• Translates concepts into practice.
• Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
• Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others.
• Acts as a resource for others with less experience.

Must have qualifications/experience:

• FL RN License
• BLS Certification
• 1+ yrs in hospital, medical office, or clinical setting
• 1+ yrs case management
