Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) - Coronary Care Unit. This is a Part-time, Night Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Marietta, Georgia (Onsite). • Exemplary Practice: Perform the full Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) for critically ill patients.
• Provide relationship-based, culturally competent care and keep the patient’s goals central to the plan of care.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care. Foster a respectful, inclusive clinical environment through interdisciplinary communication (rounds, case review) and participate in shared governance.
• Professional Development: Complete all required competency assessments and education.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, modeling professional nursing practice to support the future workforce.
• Evidence-Based Practice & Research: Promote and participate in performance improvement, nursing research, and value analysis.
• Uphold all organizational policies, clinical competencies, and accreditation standards (e.g., TJC Patient Safety Goals).
• Resources and Support: Proactively plan care across the continuum.
• Participate in developing protocols to improve outcomes and support the efficient use of resources.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• BLS and ACLS certification (required upon hire)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Strong critical thinking and decisive emergency response skillsGraduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:-Current RN License in the State of Georgia or a Multi-State Compact License.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required upon hire.
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required upon hire.
• Experience:-Completion of an accredited nursing program with requisite clinical hours is required.
• Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Direct patient care experience, particularly in a critical care or acute care setting, is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
• Ability to function decisively and composedly in a fast-paced environment during emergencies.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills with strong critical thinking.
