- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assess resident health status and identify changes in condition
- Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
- Monitor residents and promptly communicate significant changes in condition
- Perform wound care and other skilled nursing procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Coordinate resident care with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team
- Provide guidance and supervision to nursing staff as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care and treatment
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition
- Follow infection-control procedures, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
- Active West Virginia RN license in good standing
- Previous long-term care (LTC) experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or as required by the facility
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Ability to work the night shift

- Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing
