Pay Rate: $42.00 per hour
Shift/Schedule: 6A-3P (32 hours per week)
Location: Hammond, LA

Position Requirements:
- At least 1 year OR Experience
- Active RN license with the State of Louisiana
- AM 6A-3P
- Manages all the necessary care inside the surgery room
- Assisting the team in maintaining and creating a comfortable, safe environment for the patient
- Serves as a liaison between surgeons, anesthesiologists, O.R. Manager, and staff
- Ensures all surgical team members perform in a unified effort
- Responsible for the smooth and uneventful intraoperative care
- Accurately anticipates needs of surgical team by timely availability of needed supplies and equipment
Ensures patient safety through the utilization of accurate assessment, critical thinking, expert evaluation and skillful clinical judgment
Credential Requirements (to be verified after interview):
- Active CPR or BLS Certification
- Active ACLS Certification
- Current TB Skin Test, Quantiferon Results, or Chest X-Ray
- Hep B
- MMR
- Varicella
