RealizeYourVision asaRegistered Nurse

Supervisecareandtreatments,leadpatientassessments,tailorcareplans,andaddresspatient concerns to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications

ValidRNlicensuresasrequiredbystate regulations
CPRcertification(ACLS preferred).
CRRNcertification preferred.
Oneyearofexperienceinarehabilitationhospitalsettingis preferred.
