Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse for our client in Charles City, IA . This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. Position Title: Registered Nurse Location: Charles City, IA Duration: 13 weeks Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Respond to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Active RN License required
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
- PALS Certification required
- Med Surg nursing experience required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
