Apply in a few minutes and hear back within 48 hours.Who you'll care forOur subacute residents are recovering from surgery, illness, or a hospital stay, and most are working toward going home. As a per diem RN, you help them get there, one shift at a time.

What you'll do

• Assess residents, catch changes early, and act on them
• Give medications and treatments safely and chart accurately
• Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges so care stays on track
• Join care planning and team meetings with therapy, physicians, and the full care team
• Work with therapists to track each resident's progress toward discharge
• Keep residents and families informed and involved

What you'll needRequired:

• Active RN license valid in New Jersey
• 1 year of experience as an RN
• Prior experience with Point Click Care EMR system

Preferred:

• Experience in subacute, skilled nursing, rehab, or hospital med-surg

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts, 5:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. 
• No night shifts
• Per diem, as needed
