Job Description

Unit Description: Provides advanced professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient's health needs. The Ambulatory RN II works with patients with malignancies and their oncology care team to triage and provide appropriate patient care. Organizational Standards of Patient Care and Nursing Practice guide the delivery of nursing services by this individual. The position demonstrates dedication to professional growth and development and to the continuous improvement of patient care.

EXPERIENCE:

1 year experience in relevant clinical area and/or independent in all areas of the Ambulatory RN I accountabilities.

On-call: Not required

Incentives: Per diem Differential included in pay!

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
  • ADN required, BSN preferred.
  • Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
