Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Bariatric, Orthopedic & Oncology)Location: Las Cruces, New MexicoEmployment Type: Full-TimeShift: Night Shift (3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care for Medical Surgical patients with Bariatric, Orthopedic, and Oncology diagnoses. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, treatment implementation, interdisciplinary collaboration, discharge planning, patient education, documentation, and leadership within the nursing team while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Active Registered Nurse License (New Mexico or Compact State).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse experience.
• Strong Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute Care Hospital experience.
• ACLS Certification.
• PALS Certification.
• TNCC Certification.
• CEN Certification.
• Bariatric nursing experience.
• Orthopedic nursing experience.
• Oncology nursing experience.
• Leadership or Charge Nurse experience.
