  • Experience: 2 years of acute care RN experience; Telemetry experience required
  • Patient Types: Med Surg, Ortho, Neuro, Telemetry; post-op surgical patients
Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $46.90/hr
  • Pay Package: Paid weekly via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to adult patients
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and manage non-titrating cardiac drips
  • Administer medications, wound care, and manage drains, trachs, and central lines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including charge nurses, RT, wound care, and hospitalist staff
  • Ensure patient safety and compliance with PPE and infection control protocols
  • Complete charting in Meditech Expanse EMR
  • Support unit operations and float as needed within similar units
What You Need
  • Valid RN license for Louisiana (or eligible for license)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
  • Telemetry experience with proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to start
  • Strong clinical skills, team-oriented attitude, and flexibility
