- Licensure/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience; telemetry experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $46.90/hour

- Provide specialized care to telemetry patients within a fast-paced hospital environment
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage non-titratable cardiac drips
- Support patients with wound management, JP drains, wound vacs, and hemodyalysis catheter care
- Administer medications via IV and other routes, including PCA pumps
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including hospitalists, RT, OT, PT, and ST
- Utilize EMR system (Meditech Expanse) for documentation and patient management
- Float across various Med/Surg units as needed
- Comply with hospital protocols for safety and patient care standards
- Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Ability to pass an EKG competency exam (including MedSurg RN skills)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience, Telemetry preferred
- Strong skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation, wound management, IV therapy, and patient assessment
- Previous telemetry experience, ICU/PCU background
- Experience with medical/surgical and post-operative patient care
