• Active Kansas RN license
• Minimum of 1+ year recent Medical-Surgical (MS) or Step-Down acute care experience
• Valid BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and as needed for holidays
• Flexibility to float between Medical Floor and Step-Down units as required

Additional Skills That Are a Plus:

• Prior experience working in a high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• RN Degree from an accredited program
• Proven experience in adult acute care, especially Medical-Surgical and Step-Down units

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to commence work starting March 30, 2026
• Willingness to work scheduled 12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:00), including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must comply with all hospital and regulatory standards
