End Date: 07/19/2026
Shift: 4x10-hour days (Monday-Friday, days vary by staffing needs)
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem
Licensed/Certs: KS RN License or Compact, BLS, ACLS
Experience: 2+ years in Cardiovascular Cath Lab, Mac Lab, intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella, temporary pacemakers, right heart cath

What You'll Do

Provide specialized cardiovascular patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab
Assist with procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, balloon pump management, and intra-aortic balloon pump operation
Monitor and interpret hemodynamic and diagnostic data
Administer medications and manage patients with critical cardiovascular needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient assessment and care planning
Attend orientation and training sessions at KU NEO
Ensure compliance with facility standards and safety protocols

What You Need

Active Kansas RN license or Compact license
BLS & ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of CV Cath Lab experience
Experience with Mac Lab, intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella, and right heart cath
Strong cardiovascular and hemodynamic knowledge
