Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse Make a Difference in Cardiac CareStep into a vital role as a Registered Nurse in our dynamic Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. You'll be at the forefront of life-saving procedures, providing exceptional patient care while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your cardiovascular expertise in a supportive environment that values your skills and commitment.Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Cardiovascular Cath Lab procedures
Proficiency with Mac Lab systems
Experience with intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella devices, temporary pacemakers, and right heart catheterization
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics
Valid KS RN license or Compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with advanced monitoring and hemodynamic management
Prior exposure to intensive care or post-procedure patient care
Familiarity with electronic health records systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

RN licensure in Kansas or Compact State
At least 2 years of specialized Cath Lab experience

Other Requirements:

This position involves working 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with scheduled days based on staffing needs
No floating or weekend requirements
Rotational on-call duties as determined by the unit
Nicotine-free facility environment
Will attend orientation at KU NEO on the first Monday and Tuesday of the start week, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Bi-weekly pay schedule via direct deposit
Hourly pay rate: Competitive, with pay details provided upon offer
