Registered Nurse - ER

Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)Are you a dedicated and experienced ER Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in critical care? We are looking for skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional emergency care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, with options including 4-day weeks, 5-day weeks; predominantly night shifts; weekend rotations every other week
• Facility: 22-bed ER with a 7-bed fast track area
• Patient Volume: Approximately 120 patients per day
• Patient Types: Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Cardiac, Diabetes, DKA, Dialysis, Renal Failure, Cancer, Infectious Disease, CHF, ESRD, LVAD, Trauma, Stroke, Chest Pain

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of ER or Acute Care RN experience
• Licensure and certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, CPI or MOAB, and TNCC (preferred)
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
• Proficiency in NGT placement, IV starts, chest tube management, defibrillation, splinting, stroke/NIHSS assessment, ICU GTT management
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR
• Familiarity with Alaris infusion pumps, Pyxis medication systems
• Knowledge of PICC line procedures and peripheral lab draws
• Prior exposure to trauma, stroke, and cardiac emergency protocols

Additional Requirements:

• Valid certifications as specified
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and major holidays
• Supportive team member comfortable with unit support roles such as charge nurse and resource nurse
• Ability to adhere to uniform and badge policies
