Job Description

Registered Nurse - LTAC - ASAP Start!Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting and make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes. This critical role offers an immediate start for qualified professionals ready to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. You will be integral to delivering specialized nursing services to complex patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and recovery.Required Skills:

Valid, unencumbered Louisiana RN license or compact license
Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an RN in an LTAC setting
Current AHA BLS certification
Ability to work night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) and participate in weekend rotations
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with charge nursing or leadership roles
Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Prior experience in a similar LTAC or critical care environment

Other Requirements:

Willingness to onboard quickly and begin immediately upon credentialing
Ability to work night shifts and participate in weekend rotations
Travel reimbursement available for candidates outside of 50 miles

Compensation for this position is $50/hour, with travel rates available for eligible candidates.
