Patient Diagnoses:" GU Cancer (Kidney, Bladder, Prostate, Testicular), Hematology (Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, CLL), and SarcomaFacility Name: James Outpatient Care

Unit:

Shift:Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)

Overtime Multiplier: 40 total hours in 1 week : 1%

Double Time Multiplier: None

Charge Nurse:

On Call:

Call Back: 1.3%

Holiday: 1.3%
