Registered Nurse Home Health
Location: Annandale, Virginia Facility: Virginia Healthcare Services Shift: Day Shift 5 8 Hours (08:00 17:00) Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Job Overview:
- Seeking an experienced Home Health RN with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience
- Candidate must be able to hit the ground running
- 30 points/week H 40 hours/week
- Admissions are REQUIRED
- Tablet will be assigned; must be able to see patients same day
- Participation in on-call rotation required
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Home Health experience
- Minimum 2 years total clinical experience
- OASIS experience Required (for RNs)
- First-time travelers accepted
Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Valid Virginia RN License (must be in hand at submission)
Charting System:
- Kinnser / WellSky
Coverage Area:
- Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles from home base
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate (not including commute to first patient or return home)
Local Candidate Policy:
- Local candidates accepted within 50-mile radius
- Local rates apply (confirm with Account Manager)
