This candidate will need to manage a caseload of 22-28 clients and will be expected to do 6-7 units per day (which will be a mixture of routine visits, admissions, recertifications and discharges). We desperately need a candidate who has strong clinical/assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays but CANNOT have Christmas and Christmas Eve off: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.
