Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 16 Patient Ratios : 2:1, at times 3:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : MT, at times a tech is staffed depending on census Type of equipment : Impella, Client monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, Hemodynamic monitoring Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 36 hours weekly Floating policy: Float in rotation with core staffing Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH

Requested Skill Set: Must have : Critical thinking, self-motivatedAdvanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Central line insertions, dialysis catheter insertionsCertifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH
Dress Code : (Required uniform) Scrubs – any color, no denim, capris, or camo
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. Available if requested
