Registered Nurse/Interventional Radiology:Duration:13 Weeks Start:02/17/2026 Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (15:30 - 00:00)Description: Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The nurse prepares and monitors patients before, during, and after procedures, including administering moderate sedation and medications. They assess patient status, manage IV lines, and respond promptly to complications or changes in condition. Collaboration with interventional radiologists, technologists, and the care team is essential to ensure patient safety. The role includes patient education, accurate documentation, and adherence to procedural, radiation, and safety standards. Position / Specialty: RN Pain Management / Interventional Radiology Shift: 5x8s, 3:30pm-12:00am. No block scheduling Call Requirements: On call rotation assigned on week basis M-F, 12am-8am. Weekends and holidays 24Hrs. On call is rotated through all nurses. No holidays except for on call. Occasional weekend day needed 8a-4:30p Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month Guaranteed Hours: 40 Other: Staff required to wear lead Years of experience REQ: 2+ years Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS Locals accepted: Yes -locals preferred.
