Now Hiring: Part-Time RN/LPN - Night Shift (6PM-6AM)Four Corners Regional Health Care Center - Blanding, UT

Job Responsibilities

As an SNF nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to geriatric residents who require 24/7 support. Responsibilities include:

Ordering medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
Preparing and administering treatments and medications
Notifying physicians and family members when a resident's condition changes
Delivering skilled nursing services such as tube feedings, suctioning, catheterization, wound care, dressings, and irrigations
Continuous monitoring of residents with acute or serious conditions
Serving as a resident advocate and ensuring care aligns with the care plan and resident wishes
Completing thorough, timely, and accurate charting

Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make sound, independent decisions
