Location: Tallahassee, FL 32310Shifts:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Salary Range (Experience-Based):

• $27.72/hr (0–5 years)

• $33.00/hr (5+ years)

• $36.30/hr (10+ years)

• $39.60/hr (15+ years)

Shift Differentials:

• +$3.00/hr Nights

• +$2.00/hr Weekends

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Position Overview

A leading 288-bed hospital serving Leon and Gadsden Counties is seeking a dedicated Med-Surg Ortho Registered Nurse to join its collaborative and patient-centered care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical and orthopedic surgical needs while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and collect critical patient data.

• Advocate for patient safety and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans.

• Ensure appropriate resource utilization and adherence to care standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (acute care preferred; LTAC experience acceptable).

• Active Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain one.

• BLS required upon hire.

• ACLS preferred (required within 6 months).

• BSN preferred.

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:1:5 – 1:6
