POSITION: RN MS/Tele

SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours/Contract Length: 7a-7p, 13 weeks

" Charting: EPIC experience required

" Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

" RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission

" Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.

" Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed

" Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes

" Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: RN's within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted. Locals accepted for LPN's

REQUIRED LICENSE/ CERTIFICATIONS

" Pending License Accepted: No, Must have an active New York Single State RN license. (NY is not Compact)

" BLS

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" Cardiac monitoring and emergency response (dysrhythmia interpretation/management, Rapid Response/Code team activation)

" IV therapy/phlebotomy (peripheral line care/management)

" Nasal cannula, oxygen administration/tanks, non-invasive airway management

" Isolation precautions

UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING

" Ratios: 1:5 to 1:7

" Must have worked in acute care within the past 6 months

" MS/Tele Unit will be assigned at time of offer

" Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white

" Floating: Will be required to float within skillset
