Position: MedSurgical Float Pool Nurse

Hours: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00PM - 7:30AMTotal Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities:"Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurgical setting"Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed"Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidaysQualifications:"Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical setting"Current BCLS certification"Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring"Experience with EPIC electronic health records systemRequirements:"Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5"Strong communication and teamwork skills"Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
