13 weeks ONLY, Radius:Less: 51-100 miles Local:Less: 50 miles or less .Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance. Baird 3: M/S Tele RN 12H Nights, 36H ONLY; Will float to similar medical/surgical floors; 2 years tele experience required; Experience in a large, teaching facility required; M/S Tele experience; BLS & NIHSS required; NIHSS is required prior to start; ACLS, M/S or Gerontology certification. Acute and chronic patients with multisystem needs; Specialties include elder care, delirium prevention, respiratory issues, renal issues, alcohol withdrawal, infectious diseases, bariatric care; Acute care of exacerbated chronic illness; complex multi system issues; Geriatric specialty nursing. EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday, next available date 5/4. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April.
