Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse Nurse Manager – Radiology . This is a Full Time – Days Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Augusta, Georgia(Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and management of assigned clinical/service unit(s)
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
• Serve as a retention and safety leader, fostering a positive and secure work environment
• Manage human, financial, and material resources to meet clinical and business goals
• Lead staff recruitment, retention, onboarding, and professional development
• Promote clinical competency, evidence-based practice, and performance improvement
• Use data and technology to monitor outcomes, identify risks, and guide decisions
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support and lead shared governance and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Implement and manage change initiatives to improve quality, safety, and efficiency
• Build strong partnerships with staff, leaders, and interdisciplinary teams
• Represent the organization professionally in committees, initiatives, and improvement efforts
• Promote a culture of accountability, ethics, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Perform additional leadership and operational duties as required

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (single-state or compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management experience
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability in change management and systems thinking
• Strong relationship-building, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, financing, and resource management
• Experience using data, technology, and analytics for decision-making
• Solid understanding of risk management, regulatory, accreditation, and compliance standards
• Ability to support and lead shared governance and evidence-based practice
• Strong business acumen to manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance
• Commitment to professional ethics, quality, and patient safety
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
