Registered Nurse Or LPN

Cura Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work on the floor either fulltime or part time positions available. There is a every other weekend requirement. This vital role involves providing direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting the healthcare team to ensure excellent outcomes during weekend shifts. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on the floor, providing support, education, medications and treatments.
• Assess patients' health status, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes or concerns to supervisors as appropriate.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients and visitors.
• Encourage and empower NAR staff in their work with residents and ADLs as the shift leaders on the floor.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability to work every other weekend as required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
