Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document clients' progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure holistic care
- Educate clients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and care procedures
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as agency policies and standards
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in ND and MN
- Preferred: 1 year of home health care experience
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
