Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Scarborough, MEFacility: Pine Point CenterPosition Type: Full-Time | Local Candidates Only

Contract Length: 14 Weeks Contract

Pay

$43 – $45 per hour36 Hours GuaranteedOvertime Available

Schedule

  • Shift: Overnight Shift

  • Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

  • Weekly Schedule:

    • 3 x 12-hour shifts; 3 Days a week

  • Total: 36 hours per week guaranteed

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the clinical team at Pine Point Center in Scarborough, ME. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care to residents in a long-term care environment

  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed

  • Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes promptly

  • Maintain accurate documentation and medical records

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Supervise LPNs and CNAs and delegate tasks appropriately

  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

  • Provide patient and family education regarding care plans

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Maine or CompactMinimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experienceBLS Certification (Basic Life Support)ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
